This is a huge week for our club ending with our Home Carnival on Sunday 21st, May, 2017. Behind the scenes there has already been a power of work done for our club to ensure the day is a huge success but we now need the help of ALL of our members this week.

Can we ask:

That you all bring in a 6 pack on Wednesday or Friday night training this week for our major raffle on the day,
You clear your Sunday Schedule to be at the club by 8am to assist with the set up of our/your Carnival,
You get your name on the Carnival Roster sheet on the club notice board so that each time-slot is filled, the slots last only 30 minutes and as we all know “Many Hands Make Light Work”

Also, Friday the 19th May is the final night to purchase tickets for our 30th Anniversary Gala Ball – please don’t forget to get your hands on some – either paying in person at the club on Wednesday or Friday or via bank transfer:
